Seminar Aims

This seminar is designed to:
  • Give delegates a deeper understanding of leadership character
  • Challenge limiting mindsets and encourage positive change
  • Generate greater self-awareness and authenticity
  • Provide a development framework for further success in leadership

Seminar Objectives

By the end of the seminar, using any support materials available, participants will be able to:
  • Define three internal and two external character attributes exhibited by excellent leaders
  • Understand the important division of time and their responsibility for its effective use
  • Identify their personal brand together with initial improvement steps
  • Define three kee thinking methods that enable the forward development of themselves as leaders
  • Begin their own journey of leadership discovery

Seminar Audience
  • Any management person with reponsibility for influencing business direction and guiding others in achievement of goals and objectives
  • Individuals wanting to gain a better understanding of the characteristics they need to apply that will enable them to grow as leaders

Seminar Outline

This seminar helps delegates to recognise good leadership and engage in positive change.  The timetable is structured to allow participants the opportunity to learn about themselves and how this can affect their leadership style.   The seminar consists of a mix of theory and practice designed to help participants grow in confidence and their ability to lead.
